RH Amar, has been awarded the Investors in People Gold accreditation.

The Investors in People standard reflects the very best in people management practices and gold is achieved by just 17% of companies accredited.

RH Amar was praised for its people-centric culture, employee retention, and understanding across the business of its purpose, priorities and expectations.

Colleagues commented that they felt appreciated, valued and liked the family culture of RH Amar, which is a third-generation family run business. RH Amar’s impact on society was highly scored – reflecting the company’s decision, made in 2013, to donate 10% of its net profits to charity each year. Through this commitment, RH Amar has donated more than £1.5m to over 70 charities since 2013. Charities to have benefited from donations include local Buckinghamshire charities Rennie Grove Hospice Care and Heart of Bucks Foundation, alongside food industry and national charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support and Guide Dogs.
