How can I open an account?

Is there a minimum order value?

We have a minimum order value of £500 for delivery to UK mainland addresses.

What happens if I can't make the minimum order value?

For orders under £500 (and deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and all other offshore islands) a delivery surcharge will apply. Please contact Customer Services on +44 (0) 1494 530 200 for details, or email customerservices@rhamar.com.

How can I pay?

Our preferred method of payment is by BACS or cheque - please contact our Finance team for details on +44 (0) 1494 530 200. We can also accept cash by special arrangement. We are unable to accept payment by credit card.

What are your delivery options?

We will deliver your order on pallets to any UK mainland address within 3 to 5 working days.

Where is my order?

Do you export?

We are predominantly a UK mainland distributor and can only export by special arrangement.

Where are your products stocked?

Our products are stocked in supermarkets, wholesalers, cash & carries and independent stores throughout the UK. If you are having trouble locating a specific product, please speak to one of our Sales Co-ordinators on +44 (0) 1494 530 200.

Why does my local store not stock this item?

We work with our customers to try to make our products available in as many stores as possible. However, only they are directly responsible in deciding which products are stocked in individual stores. If you are having trouble locating a specific product, please speak to one of our Sales Co-ordinators on +44 (0) 1494 530 200.

Do you sell to the public?

We are a B2B business, and only supply trade customers. However our Sales Co-ordinators are able to provide you with a list of stockists that take our products. You can contact them on +44 (0) 1494 530 200.
