The Brand
The brand was created by David Low, a South African who moved to the UK in the late 1950s. Thankfully for us he brought his biltong expertise with him to create these amazing products, which are still made to an authentic South African recipe.
The Products
Supported by an award-winning pack redesign in 2018, the products are all hand prepared, high in protein, low in sugar, no added MSG and using only British and Irish beef. Cruga Biltong is the UK’s No.2 biltong (after Kings).
