The Spice Tailor range was first launched with sauces in 2011 and is created by Anjam Anand – well known advocate of healthy Indian cooking and author of various cook books along with regular TV and radio appearances. Chutnies followed in 2013, naans in 2015 and daals at the end of 2016.
The sauces reflect evolving tastes in Indian food such as Mangalore Herb and Southern Pepper curry but traditional favourites such as Korma and Tikka Masala are also available. No additives, preservatives or colours added, only authentic ingredients are used which are cooked like they would be in an Indian kitchen. Quick and easy to use using only a few store cupboard ingredients – perfect for mid-week dinners but delicious enough for weekend dining.
